“Mike was very prompt in contacting me after I bought the maintenance package and turned up when he said he would. I know that the roof is not in great condition so I expected a sales pitch for replacing it quickly. Instead, he reassured me that it would definitely last the winter and in his e-mail he said it had limited life and would need replacing in a year or two. Given this experience, I will definitely contact MNT for an estimate when I decide to replace the roof. So far I’m very impressed.”
